Parents play a pivotal role in the nursery school. They are welcomed and encouraged to participate in all aspects of nursery life, especially our ‘Buddy Up’ programme with the children and parents from Edenderry Nursery school. This is an opportunity to make new friends and learn new skills. The support and guidance from our Shared Parent Worker helps give parent the confidence to take part and extend their knowledge in a variety of courses. They range from a single morning session (i.e. drug awareness) to a 14 week course (crochet). The following is a small selection of what is currently very popular.
